Jepsi basics
Getting started with the marketplace.
Jepsi is a global marketplace for digital products. Creators can open a store, upload their digital work and sell it directly to customers around the world.
You can sell digital files such as templates, graphics, illustrations, fonts, software, plugins, music, sound effects, videos, ebooks, courses, printables, presets, 3D files and other original digital assets.
No. Jepsi is a digital-only marketplace. Products sold through Jepsi must be delivered digitally and must not require shipping or physical fulfilment.
Create an account, choose a store plan, complete your store profile and add your digital products. Once a product is published, customers can discover and purchase it from your store.
Customers receive access to the digital product after a successful purchase. Delivery is handled digitally, so there is no shipping, postage or waiting for a physical package.
Selling & payments
Products, payouts and marketplace rules.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality and availability of their products. You must own or have the necessary rights to everything you upload, and you are responsible for complying with the laws and tax rules that apply to you.
Payments and seller payouts are handled through the payment options available in your Jepsi account. Fees and plan details are shown during store registration and may vary by plan or transaction.
Digital products may be subject to different refund rules than physical goods. The applicable terms are shown at checkout and in the seller’s store information. If a file is missing, corrupted or materially different from its description, contact the seller first.
Yes. Creators may use free digital products, samples or downloads to introduce customers to their work, subject to the available store features.
